1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "28x777" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 28x777.org, including all associated products, features, and services made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by you on 28x777 after completing the registration and verification process.

• "Balance" means the sum of real money funds held in your 28x777 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds which are tracked separately.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 28x777 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access any part of the 28x777 service.

If you are accessing 28x777 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement, and that person or entity accepts these Terms by virtue of your use of the platform.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 28x777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum age requirement. 28x777 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person and a resident or citizen of Pakistan with a valid CNIC issued by NADRA.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that such prohibition applies to your use of 28x777.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 28x777, or any software provider, payment processor, or other service partner of 28x777.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 28x777 under the Responsible Gaming programme, unless a self-exclusion period has formally expired and your account has been reinstated by 28x777 support.
• You must not be included on any sanctions list maintained by any governmental or regulatory authority applicable to 28x777's operations.

28x777 reserves the right to request additional identity or age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension or closure of your account.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money services on 28x777, you must complete the full registration process, which includes providing accurate and complete personal information, submitting a valid CNIC for identity verification, and confirming your agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. 28x777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 28x777. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 28x777 will:

• Immediately close all duplicate accounts;
• Consolidate or forfeit any balances associated with duplicate accounts at its sole discretion;
• Cancel any pending withdrawals from duplicate accounts; and
• Permanently ban the individual from registering any further accounts on 28x777.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 28x777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You must notify 28x777 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 28x777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to exercise reasonable security over your credentials.

4.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 28x777 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided no active withdrawal restrictions are in place.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

28x777 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 28x777 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your 28x777 account must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name and that you are legally authorised to use. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your 28x777 account at the time of each transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your 28x777 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full CNIC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same account, unless 28x777 support approves an alternative method following identity verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Cashier section at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

5.4 Transaction Currency

All 28x777 account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 28x777 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Any currency conversion that may occur at the payment processor level is outside the control of 28x777 and is entirely the responsibility of the player and their chosen financial institution.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

This means that the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before it or any winnings generated from it may be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

28x777 actively monitors account activity for signs of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed primarily to clear wagering requirements rather than engage genuinely with the product, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 28x777 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and forfeit the entire account balance.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by 28x777 carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free bets that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not completed, within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation. Expiry dates are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

28x777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits, the odds were published in error, or the relevant event has already commenced at the time the bet is placed. Bets are only confirmed once you have received a confirmed bet reference number from the 28x777 system.

7.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

Where 28x777 publishes odds, lines, or markets that contain an obvious error — including but not limited to incorrect decimal odds, transposed scores, or duplicate market listings — 28x777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the relevant event concluded. 28x777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such errors.

7.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting on 28x777, including PSL matches, Pakistan national team fixtures, and international tournaments, is governed by the specific sport rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. Where these general Terms conflict with specific sport rules, the specific sport rules shall prevail for matters relating to that sport.

7.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets on 28x777 are subject to rapid odds changes. 28x777 cannot guarantee that odds displayed at the moment you initiate a bet will remain the same by the time the bet is processed. Where odds change between initiation and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the revised odds before the bet is placed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 28x777. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud 28x777 or other players, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the 28x777 platform.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven automated betting tools, or any software that places bets or interacts with 28x777 without human input for each individual action.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematically placing offsetting bets across markets for the primary purpose of exploiting promotional offers or odds errors rather than genuine engagement with the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using 28x777 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. 28x777 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your 28x777 account, or accessing another player's account, under any circumstances.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's CNIC, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity or eligibility on 28x777.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 28x777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, text, graphics, logos, game titles, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 28x777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 28x777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 28x777 content without express prior written consent from 28x777.

Any unauthorised use of 28x777 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11. Responsible Gaming

12.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 28x777's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

In no event shall 28x777 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 28x777 platform, regardless of whether 28x777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

28x777 integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feeds. 28x777 is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of any third-party service provider whose services are accessed through or in connection with the 28x777 platform.

13. Amendments to These Terms

28x777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 28x777 will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time a new version of these Terms is published. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
